We've made it to the Pacific Coast and more beaches. Roberta is in heaven since our RV park is just walking distance to the beach. Temperatures all week range from highs in mid 60s and lows in the mid 50s. Cool, but very comfortable. Long Beach RV Park isn't bad, but it's very tight for a 42' motorhome. You better like your neighbor too since the sites are very very close. We've been to a couple state parks in the area that are much nicer and would accommodate our 42' motorhome with room to spare. Next time we'll go the state park route. One week isn't enough time to see all the attractions and still have time to relax. We'll be on the go the entire time we're here. We were planning on leaving on Monday, 21 Aug, but since the total eclipse is on Monday, we are going to try and leave a day early to avoid the heavy traffic they are predicting. We have a 3 hour drive south to our next destination so hopefully we won't run into too much traffic. Loving the Oregon coast.
